About the Role

Ryder is seeking a dedicated individual to perform a variety of administrative support tasks for department staff, contributing to the efficient operation of logistics and supply chain management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly billing for customers.
  • Create specialized reports based on customer needs.
  • Audit inbound/outbound reports.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, data entry, and maintaining office equipment and vendor files.
  • Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employee's work schedules and time cards.
  • Coordinate customer physical inventory and resolve any inventory issues.
  • Develop new account setups for WMS, test for accuracy, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Manage hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports.
  • Coordinate staff meetings, training, and company functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Must be flexible to work weekend, morning, or afternoon shifts.
  • Must have valid legal authorization to work in Canada.
