About the Role

Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Account Manager for the Retail vertical of its Large Customer Sales team in Canada. This role involves collaborating with a Client Partner on campaign execution and optimization to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the Reddit platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed client marketing goals.
• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners (agencies and clients) to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Lead and execute campaign launches, providing optimization recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal account operations, including revenue delivery, issue troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition and advertising best practices.
• Consult clients on awareness and direct response objectives, partnering to create media plans.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze campaign performance data, audience insights, and market trends to develop KPI-driven recommendations.
• Represent client needs and requests to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Experience working with Enterprise Retail brands.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Expertise with performance/direct response campaigns.
• Comfortable with problems of diverse scope requiring data analysis and evaluation.
• Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to challenges.
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
