About the Role
Airbnb is seeking an Executive Producer to join our in-house multi-disciplinary creative team. This role provides full production and audiovisual services to our global community, leading high-priority projects and collaborating with executive leadership to amplify brand messaging.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative direction and feedback across projects from ingest to delivery.
- Lead high-priority initiatives and productions involving executive leadership and the CEO.
- Expand service capabilities and increase project completion rates.
- Direct and hire large crews for local and international productions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with remote broadcast engineers.
- Manage multiple projects, freelance talent, and vendors within budget and timeline.
- Assemble and shape digital assets, including music and b-roll, to craft cohesive narratives.
- Lead location scouts and oversee shooting scripts and shot lists.
- Operate equipment, assist with set design, and support production logistics.
- Identify and mitigate production challenges while maintaining confidentiality.
- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders and on-screen talent.
- Generate creative briefs and provide strategic advice.
- Monitor project hours, budgets, and scope to prevent creep.
- Navigate stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and advocate for creative vision.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a senior-level producer, videographer, and editor.
- Experience in an in-house creative team or production company.
- Expertise in creative development, project management, production, and post-production.
- Experience working with executive-level staff and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong project leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and respond to urgent requests.
- Flexibility for domestic and international travel.
