About the Role
At Bond, we craft innovative solutions to forge stronger brand loyalty and build sustainable growth for our clients. As a Research Manager, you will play a key role in driving the future of loyalty by leading survey design, analysis, insight generation, and report writing.
Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage the project critical path and timeline to meet forecasted delivery deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks at all steps of the study to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with senior researchers in the design, development, execution, and reporting of marketing research studies that meet client business objectives.
- Identify and communicate client-relevant insights from data.
- Manage and own the project schedule, budget, financials, scope, scope changes, objectives, and objective changes.
- Own projects to meet company and client quality standards for study delivery.
- Provide leadership to project team members by directing their activities to successfully meet client project objectives.
- Represent Bond Brand Loyalty in client and supplier interactions.
- Keep abreast of industry and sector trends.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5+ years of proven experience in a Marketing Research role or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer engagement, loyalty, and loyalty programs is ideal.
- A solid background in research methods, data analysis, and strategic thinking.
- Budget management and critical path planning experience.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a client-facing role.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end research initiatives, data analysis, and statistical modeling.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS.
- A solid foundation in mathematics or statistics.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional business English proficiency.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced expertise in Excel.
- Strong skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with software tools such as MS Dynamics.
- Exceptional skills in listening, analysis, attention to detail, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making.
