About the Role
You will organize, budget, and monitor the final phases of building customer homes, ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met. You will have the autonomy, technology, and support to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise subcontractor activities
- Monitor all costs and implement cost controls
- Walk homes in various stages of construction to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are exceeded
Requirements
- One to two years of construction field experience
- General knowledge of finish construction from drywall installation to closing preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
