About the Role
We are seeking an Account Services Representative (ASR) to join our talented team, focused on maximizing profitable revenue and providing best-in-class support to the Sales organization. This role reports to the Director of Advertising Sales and offers the opportunity to create compelling media proposals to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service to the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Create and revise compelling and sellable media proposals during the pre-sale process.
- Maintain knowledge of historical rates by client for proposal creation.
- Attend RFP brainstorm meetings to provide insights on pricing, packaging, and inventory requirements.
- Play an integral role in the Sales Prospecting process.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in Salesforce & Operative.
- Manage consistent AE pipeline stages within each system.
- Submit, review, and Single Sign IOs in accordance with planning and Vevo policy/procedure.
- Handle post-sale revisions to booked placements, including targeting changes, re-expressions, and budget shifts.
- Forecast inventory availability for Takeovers and Rotational media.
- Manage Go-To Market packaging and premiere tracking.
- Manage upfront rates and upfront spend tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ad Ops to manage delivery issues and propose inventory solutions.
- Manage artist list creation and client discussions in coordination with Inventory & Sales, including ComScore Artist Pulls/Rankers.
- Manage nationwide project initiatives such as proactive packaging, Premieres, and Audience Guarantee.
- Make strategic pricing decisions in the Scatter market with management oversight.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate with a keen interest in Sales.
- Highly proficient in Excel & Powerpoint.
- Experience taking fun seriously, cheering up teammates, and understanding that work is enjoyable when you love what you do.
- Expressed desire to learn and grow into a sales career.
