About the Role
RS&H is seeking a Digital Delivery Program Manager to advance strategic digital initiatives across the firm. This role partners with leaders to develop reporting frameworks, drive digital adoption, support organizational change, and shape the future of digital delivery, influencing enterprise-wide initiatives and building supporting systems, metrics, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Digital Delivery initiatives across multiple business units
- Develop program roadmaps, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics for executive teams
- Partner with business and digital leaders to align strategy, technology, and operational goals
- Support adoption of digital tools, standards, and best practices
- Facilitate governance, communication, and change management activities
- Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support strategic pursuits by showcasing digital capabilities and innovative project delivery approaches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, GIS, Mathematics, Construction Management, or another STEM-related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management, design technology, digital delivery, project execution, or organizational transformation
- Experience within the AEC industry or related technical industries
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes and technology-enabled workflows
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- PMP certification (or ability to obtain within six months)
