About the Role

The Senior HR Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of HR delivery within their regional delivery hub, supporting the business partnering function to execute functional/regional people initiatives and Rotork’s global HR strategy. This role is key in maintaining high standards of HR service delivery, compliance, and employee experience across the employee lifecycle and can cover for the HR Delivery Lead where needed, acting as an expert and mentor to the rest of the Delivery hub team.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize HR service delivery processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR operations.
Independently manage activities throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to engagement and development initiatives.
Support and lead ad hoc projects within HR delivery projects.
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior HR Delivery team members.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Develop and apply people policies which improve employee experience and employer brand and mitigate risk.
Support senior managers with complex performance, grievance and conduct matters.
Analyze ER case trends across the region to inform and design management capability development initiatives.
Support Reward to execute annual compensation processes in local market/region.
Work with legal and compliance teams to influence and shape governance and apply improvements needed in the local market/region.
Improve performance management culture and manager capability to drive employee productivity and development.
Drive an employment culture that improves performance and reputation, whilst mitigating risk.
Ensure accurate real-time people data is maintained for the lead country/region.
Use data and analytics to provide insight, answer questions and make business decisions.
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Support CoE to deliver global Culture & Talent people programs/initiatives in lead country/region.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR.
Proven experience of HR operations/service delivery.
Proven experience of complex employee relations management in lead country.
Proven experience supporting annual people processes.
Proven experience coaching managers to support their team management skills.
Must be fluent in local language of your lead country.
Proficient in spoken and written business English.
Proactively looks for ways to create mutual value in partnerships, encouraging others to adopt a win-win mindset throughout the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex HR issues.
Proven understanding of local country/regional business operations and the ability to provide operational HR support according to business needs.
Understanding of cultural differences and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
Demonstrates a positive and flexible attitude, listening, consulting and communicating proactively.
