About the Role

Join Zurich Assure as a Financial Adviser and play a key role in helping customers protect what matters most. Reporting to the Advice Director, this is an exciting opportunity to deliver meaningful outcomes while building trusted, long-term relationships. Zurich Assure is Zurich’s Australian life insurance advice business, combining specialist expertise with smart digital tools to make quality advice more accessible, efficient and simple. Our focus is clear: helping more Australians find the cover they need with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialised insurance advice to a broad range of customers.
  • Deliver personalised solutions that genuinely make a difference.
  • Grow our advice business by delivering exceptional service.
  • Deepen customer relationships.
  • Tailor advice to each customer’s goals and needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business.
  • Use digital tools and data-driven insights to strengthen our efficient, customer-first and compliant advice model.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ advice experience, with strong knowledge of insurance products and the Australian advice market.
  • FASEA qualified.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills across written, verbal and presentation channels.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Adaptable to new processes, ways of working and client engagement models.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balancing targets and deadlines.
  • Experience delivering advice through digital channels.
  • Strong industry knowledge, judgement and ability to manage competing priorities.
