About the Role
As a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of the community—planning events, engaging residents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and creating memorable experiences. This is a part-time position with an anticipated schedule of 16 hours / week on Saturdays and Mondays.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute resident events.
- Create newsletters and communications.
- Welcome new residents and enhance their move-in experience.
- Provide ongoing support to residents.
- Address and resolve resident concerns.
- Maintain professional communication with residents and prospects.
- Promote the property through outreach and social media.
- Build positive relationships with local businesses and vendors.
- Assist with phone calls, work orders, and rent processing.
- Manage mail and package deliveries.
- Coordinate clubhouse rentals and maintain supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail position.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and adjust priorities on a daily basis.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong typing skills.
- Superior customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
