About the Role
Enact is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support diverse marketing initiatives, including event planning, sales support, campaign execution, and content creation. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, in-house environment and is committed to the company's mission of helping people achieve homeownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns for product and brand initiatives
- Develop segment-specific collateral and targeted campaigns
- Coordinate and execute customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal employee gatherings
- Produce compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets
- Craft marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Drive email marketing, manage web content, and execute paid social media strategies
- Source and manage external vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing across a range of disciplines
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong process orientation
- Ability to define and coordinate goals, tasks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership
- Exceptional writing and editing proficiency
