About the Role

Enact is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support diverse marketing initiatives, including event planning, sales support, campaign execution, and content creation. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, in-house environment while upholding the company's values of excellence, improvement, and connection.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine marketing campaigns for product and brand initiatives.
• Develop segment-specific collateral and targeted campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal employee gatherings.
• Produce compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
• Craft marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Drive email marketing, manage web content, and execute paid social media strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to a range of disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong process orientation.
• Ability to define and coordinate goals, tasks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies including email automation, analytics, SEO, web platforms, creative tools, AI applications, and workflow management systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing and editing proficiency.
• Experience sourcing and managing external vendors.
• Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
