About the Role

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering for the Epicor Consulting Services (ECS) organization, ensuring accurate financial results and supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business planning processes, identifying key business drivers and developing operational metrics.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders and commercial teams to deliver robust financial analysis, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage monthly management reporting processes, including leadership presentations and financial performance reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate financial and compliance risks while implementing processes and controls.
  • Collaborate across functions to improve data quality, optimize financial systems, and drive process enhancements.
  • Participate in field sales and leadership meetings, provide ad hoc analysis, and support special projects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting a consulting services organization.
  • Extensive experience in analytical and quantitative problem-solving, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proven experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, and business applications.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support executive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
