About the Role

FanDuel is seeking a Campaign Strategy Senior Associate to join its Sportsbook marketing team. This role will lead the execution of sport-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring cross-functional alignment and driving the development and execution of campaign strategies to deliver high-impact assets. It's an opportunity for a customer-focused marketer to impact FanDuel's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end management of marketing creative development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment across channels and stakeholders.
  • Own seamless asset delivery by aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared timelines, priorities, and quality standards.
  • Drive timelines across multiple products, proactively planning for major tentpole moments and mitigating roadblocks before they arise.
  • Assess the efficacy of key campaigns with Go-To-Marketing, Insights, and Analytics teams, adapting future campaigns based on learnings.
  • Assist in deck building and story telling, maintaining an archive of past campaign results to inform future strategies.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to establish a cohesive communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Develop strategies that inform the creation of high-impact creative briefs, ensuring exceptional execution.
  • Act as a key marketing liaison for product integrations across multiple teams, working hand-in-hand with Commercial, Product, and Creative Ops to deliver the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing or agency experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills - Ability to drive marketing creative and campaign execution by aligning stakeholders and proactively bringing teams together to kick off projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving – Comfortable planning ahead for major tentpole moments, identifying risks, and mitigating roadblocks before they arise.
  • Data-driven mindset – Ability to assess campaign performance using insights and analytics, applying learnings to optimize future strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills – Comfortable creating and delivering run-of-show presentations, post-mortem reports, and maintaining historical campaign insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Experience leading cross-team efforts to establish and maintain a cohesive communications strategy across the customer lifecycle.

  • $86,000 - $108,000 USD
