Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and manage a core team of 2-3 people and freelance game hosts
- Secure high-quality venues and game time slots
- Execute digital and on-the-ground marketing and sales initiatives
- Manage game operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters to utilize provided systems and technology
