About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will partner with client leadership and delivery teams to lead project and program planning and execution across various functions, driving projects and programs to achieve mission-critical outcomes for our pharmaceutical industry clients. You will leverage continual exposure and experiences from working within a variety of clients and project types.
Responsibilities
- Lead late stage product development and submissions
- Implement or optimize project management frameworks using current best practices and tools
- Leverage industry best-practice tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Planisware) to develop and drive integrated project plans
- Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget
- Participate and drive discussions to develop and document high-level strategies
- Establish, maintain, lead, and guide high-performance project teams
- Provide project/program management oversight to assigned IPM consultants
- Contribute to the generation of business opportunities via relationship building
- Participate in an IPM service line Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Support content marketing and business development proposal and project activities
- Complete activities that promote professional development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or a relatable field
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry related full product life cycle product development and product management
- 7 years of professional project management experience
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined project management process
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels
