About the Role
Develop your portfolio of technical products primarily for the Coating & Construction market in France and BENELUX. Provide value-added technical solutions to clients and build strong relationships with quality supplier partners.
Responsibilities
- Define product portfolio development strategy aligned with Group strategy.
- Set volume objectives for purchasing.
- Monitor market trends, anticipate price and availability variations.
- Manage stock in line with Group strategy.
- Act as the interface with suppliers, define budgets, negotiate prices, establish purchasing contracts, coordinate purchases with the supply department, and ensure supplier service.
- Develop and animate product ranges for the sales force.
- Analyze development projects and propose adaptations to meet client needs.
- Implement marketing approaches (sales support tools, market information, product sheets, product training).
- Participate in client meetings and industry trade shows.
Requirements
- Higher technical education, ideally in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong aptitude for business development.
- Fluent/bilingual English proficiency.
- Solution-oriented mindset and a passion for challenges.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and client focus to achieve objectives.
