About the Role
Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) function. This role involves leading analysis of data to generate insights and design strategies for clients in the biopharmaceutical industry. The position offers opportunities to manage project workstreams, mentor junior employees, and tackle challenging roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of primary and secondary data to generate meaningful value, access, and pricing insights and recommendations for clients.
- Support team members by coordinating and guiding the work of more junior staff.
- Effectively communicate as a partner to project managers and leadership.
- Create and present client-ready materials, including research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports.
- Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access, and pricing.
- Train and mentor more junior staff during projects and through formal/informal mentorship.
- Support business development activities, such as proposal writing.
- Support the growth of the EVAP function through involvement in internal initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
- Major in health sciences, Economics, or HEOR is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in life sciences is a plus.
- 3-4 years as a top performer within a top-tier biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm.
- Deep knowledge of the US healthcare system and pricing dynamics.
- Demonstrated understanding of different payer/provider types and related access nuances.
- Working knowledge of essential and advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and numeric capability.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to use PubMed/Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms to source reimbursement data.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook).
- General understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and applicable standards and regulations for clinical trials.
- High attention to detail with superior organizational and time management skills.
- Strong team player, ability to work with cross-functional staff.
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
