About the Role
Nye Auto is seeking an Auto Detail Specialist to join their team at NYE CHEVROLET. This entry-level position offers advancement opportunities and a chance to build a career in automotive excellence.
Responsibilities
- Wash vehicle exteriors using various cleaning solutions.
- Wax and buff vehicles using appropriate tools and machines.
- Vacuum vehicle interiors, removing dirt and debris from all surfaces.
- Dry surfaces and apply protective chemicals using air compressors and cloths.
- Clean engines and engine compartments using dyes and cleaning agents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess technical knowledge and skill in auto detailing.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and meticulous cleaning for customer satisfaction.
- Buffing and touch-up skills are required.
- Ability to effectively use and operate basic mechanical equipment.
- Possess good time management skills for independent and efficient work.
- Comply with all safety rules.
- Ability to take direction from the Department Manager.
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate work functions.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid and clean Driver's License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
