About the Role
Stripe's People Solutions team is seeking a collaborative individual to drive key technical and process solutions for the People Team. This role focuses on delivering a world-class employee experience rooted in technology, acting as internal consultants to various stakeholders and leaders. The team is nimble, flexible, and thrives on adding organization to chaos, driven by strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, define multi-quarter technology roadmaps, and ensure ROI is articulated.
- Act as a product leader by understanding employee experience needs, creating mockups, and presenting product strategies.
- Conduct third-party vendor analyses and deliver data-informed build-or-buy recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, systems analysts, and PMs to translate requirements into technical designs and facilitate end-to-end testing.
- Use data, storytelling, and KPIs to support prioritization, monitor solution adoption, define ROI, and surface risks.
- Apply structured project management practices to deliver solutions on time and across disciplines.
- Partner with PMO, Systems, Operations, and Communications teams to launch new solutions and facilitate approval processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development, technical program management, or internal systems design within an internal HR business function.
- Experience in global mobility technology within high-growth or technology companies.
- AI and LLM fluency, including practical experience using LLM-based tools.
- Superior ability to understand and map out system-agnostic business requirements across complex, interconnected systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Acute business acumen with a demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, dynamic, high-velocity situations.
- Ability to manage and draw insights from data while navigating complexity.
