About the Role

Grundwerk builds AI systems that generate predictable pipeline and revenue for B2B customers. As an intern, you will work in the engine room: supporting our account management, preparing customer appointments, and automating routines with AI. This is how you learn how a few A-players achieve 100x with an agent fleet.

Responsibilities

• Support our account management (Tom Morawe) in daily customer business: reporting, appointment preparation, customer communication.
• Build and maintain AI automations that take over routine tasks. What you build will run as a self-solver afterwards.
• Automate your own tasks instead of repeating them.
• Keep customer data and processes clean and ensure nothing is left undone.
• Work directly with the founding team and see every number.

Requirements

• Use AI in everything you do and think in leverage instead of hours.
• Be fast, independent, and bring things to 100 percent completion.
• Be eager to learn, seek feedback, and implement it immediately.
• Communicate clearly and directly (fluent German, confident English).
• Degree or career change is irrelevant. What counts is your output.
