About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Data & Automation Engineer to build and scale AI-driven solutions that enhance security, risk, compliance, and operational processes. This role combines advanced data engineering, automation, and agentic AI development, enabling intelligent systems to access, process, and act on enterprise data efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to support security, risk, compliance, and governance initiatives.
  • Build and maintain foundational infrastructure for agent workflows, including retrieval systems, context management, memory architectures, and agent-to-agent orchestration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, data-driven, AI-powered solutions.
  • Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for secure interaction with enterprise data sources, applications, tools, and APIs.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT and agentic data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
  • Ensure robust data security, privacy, governance, and compliance controls across all data systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data infrastructure, pipelines, and AI agent ecosystems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship on data engineering best practices, MCP implementations, and agent-native architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related technical fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, C++, or other modern software development languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating production-grade AI, agentic systems, and MCP-based workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern AI development tools and coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly evaluate, adopt, and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and MCP patterns.
  • Experience with cloud-native and large-scale data platforms, including AWS, Terraform, Airflow, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives in agile, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
