About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate all-rounder to join our dedicated team at Robert Plumb Horticulture, a specialized services business responsible for the ongoing care and maintenance of landscape projects.
Responsibilities
- Landscape gardening, including operating tools and machinery
- Garden maintenance and horticultural care
- Cultivation and planting
- Pest and disease management
- Workplace, health and safety advocate
- Support and development of junior team members and apprentices
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred (1+ years)
- Passion for horticulture and landscape design
- Strong communication
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
- Driver's licence essential
