About the Role
The Business Immigration associate will have extensive client contact with a bluechip list of companies and will lead several client teams in servicing these significant clients. Interested candidates would have the opportunity to broaden their practice with a premier immigration team.
Responsibilities
- Lead several client teams in servicing significant clients.
- Broaden practice with a premier immigration team.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of experience.
- Prior experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3) and adjustment of status.
- Experience in drafting PERMs is a plus.
