About the Role

Our New York office is seeking a third to sixth-year M&A associate with big law experience to work on a variety of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, private equity funds, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading transactions, drafting definitive agreements, and managing all aspects of a deal.
