About the Role

The Relationship Banking Associate delivers high-quality customer service and responsiveness, ensuring fulfillment and satisfaction. This role processes routine transactions accurately, identifies sales opportunities, and provides support for basic consumer deposit account opening.

Responsibilities

  • Processes routine transactions and associated customer and account servicing duties with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Performs administrative duties including maintaining records, preparing forms and reports, and daily vault balancing.
  • Engages in referral and relationship management according to objectives.
  • Provides support for new deposit account opening.
  • Adheres to security measures and controls to minimize potential losses.
  • Identifies customer opportunities through interactive and consultative conversations.
  • Provides services to customers, including basic deposit account opening and referring customers to appropriate business partners.
  • Conducts sales and service calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Resolves customer issues and complaints while delivering high responsiveness.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through direct action and enlisting additional support.
  • Participates in community events supporting the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
  • Performs other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in related banking positions or equivalent sales/customer service experience
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
