About the Company
- We're a busy, warm, and laid-back family of four with two parents balancing demanding careers while raising energetic twin boys who are almost two years old.
- One parent works from home and frequently starts the day with early-morning international calls, while the other runs a company with an office nearby.
- Our boys are curious, active, and full of personality, and this August they'll be starting an exciting new chapter at a Montessori program with a more structured schedule than their current daycare.
- While we're fortunate that our toddlers aren't typically early risers, mornings can still feel rushed as we juggle work responsibilities, school preparation, and the many moving pieces of family life.
- With the transition to a strict morning start time, we're looking for consistent, professional support to help create calmer, more organized mornings and establish household systems that make everyday life easier.
- We value relationships that are warm, collaborative, and professional.
- We're looking for someone who can step into our home with confidence, anticipate needs, and become a trusted partner in helping our family navigate this next stage and beyond with greater ease and consistency.
