Responsibilities
- Overall pedagogical and organizational management of the campus (daycare, primary school, and high school)
- Further development of a consistent, cross-site educational and quality concept
- Management responsibility for an international, German- and English-speaking faculty
- Responsibility for recruiting, personnel development, and team development
- Steering central school development and quality processes
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (authorities, committees, partners)
- Close coordination with management and cross-site management teams
- Analysis and further development of teaching quality
- Organization and execution of Abitur examinations
- Representation of the campus internally and externally
Requirements
- 1st and 2nd state examination for the Gymnasium teaching profession in Berlin (preferably with a focus on natural sciences) or a comparable recognized qualification
- Well-founded leadership experience at a German substitute school
- Leadership experience at a school outside of Germany
- Well-founded knowledge in school administration, personnel management, and school development
- Experience in quality management and curriculum development
- Enthusiasm for bilingual education concepts and international teams
- Strong will to shape and strategic and operational leadership competence
- Team-oriented and motivating leadership style
- Very good German and English skills
