About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our consolidation team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial reporting processes, supporting group consolidation and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, playing a key role in shaping the quality and integrity of our financial reporting. Responsibilities
- Prepare reporting packages and group financial statements according to IFRS/US GAAP, including cash flow, notes, and management reports.
- Review monthly reporting packages from international subsidiaries.
- Review intercompany eliminations on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for consolidation purposes.
- Administer, develop, and improve the accuracy of the Consolidation Tool.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process for the group and international subsidiaries.
- Implement and update IFRS and US GAAP standards in line with group accounting policy.
- Support ad hoc projects and topics in coordination with accounting and controlling.
Requirements
- Completed a degree in economics or a commercial education with qualifying training/further education focused on financial accounting.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in group accounting (consolidation).
- Good knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, an analytical mindset, and a strong understanding of numbers.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Business Central/Tagetik/Oracle ERP and FCCS is an advantage.
- Business fluency in English.
