About the Role
Reddit is seeking to hire a talented individual to build new ad formats and enable them on various surfaces and placements. This role is crucial for establishing product-market fit and iterating based on advertiser needs and feedback, ultimately improving the technical foundations for Ad Formats.
Responsibilities
- Building new formats to support functionality that delight advertisers.
- Enable formats on various surfaces/placements.
- Establish product market fit.
- Iterate and pivot based on advertiser needs and product feedback.
- Build infrastructure to iterate and move faster.
- Developing new ad formats, including end-to-end prototyping, validation, implementation, launch, and iterating to product-market fit.
- Continually improving the technical foundations used for Ad Formats.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
- Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
