About the Role

The Marketing & Business Development Manager supports the fragrance sales organization by driving market intelligence, customer-focused marketing initiatives, and new business opportunities. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales, translating market trends and customer insights into actionable commercial strategies, while supporting consumer products and fine fragrance marketing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consumer products category insights and market intelligence including trend analysis and competitive landscape sharing
  • Support outbound activities by preparing customer-specific materials, value propositions, and commercial support tools
  • Proactively share relevant market and consumer insights with sales teams to support customer engagement
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fragrance business
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and customer projects
  • Contribute to market analysis and business planning to support sustainable growth
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial support within B2B or consumer products industries
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, consumer trends, and commercial strategy support
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and high-quality graphic design
  • Ability to prepare clear and structured commercial materials
  • Legally eligible to work in Korea
