About the Role
Rillet is an AI-native ERP designed to help accounting and finance teams achieve impossible speed, accuracy, and insight in their financial operations. We offer a unified source-of-truth data model, hundreds of native integrations, automated workflows, multi-entity consolidation, and specialized AI agents to drive a zero-day close.
Responsibilities
- Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture to user interfaces.
- Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape product development, advocating for technical tradeoffs and maintaining a customer-centric perspective.
- Elevate engineering quality through continuous delivery, test-driven development, production reliability, and a culture of ownership.
- Contribute to team growth via code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record on complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong backend fundamentals with a willingness to contribute to frontend development.
- Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating tradeoffs.
- Strong product instincts, focusing on user impact.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where the strategic direction is still evolving.
- Teammates must be within commutable distance of our NYC or SF offices or willing to relocate.
- Team members work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.
