About the Role
Rillet is an AI-native ERP that can drive a zero-day close. We are looking for experienced engineers who have made infrastructure a competitive advantage. You will own the systems that let product teams ship with confidence and shape the design and scalability of our external API.
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling that keeps our engineering team shipping fast and safely at scale
- Set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance
- Shape the design and scalability of our external API
- Partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities and translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans
- Raise the bar for engineering quality through design reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record on complex, large-scale projects
- Deep expertise in AWS
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and distributed systems
- Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating hard tradeoffs
- Energized by building in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written
