About the Role

As a Product Manager for Ransomware Backup & Recovery within the Cloud tribe, you will define the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with architects and IT leadership to deliver resilient infrastructure solutions that meet business, legal, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Cybersecurity Recovery product vision and roadmap in alignment with global resilience strategy
  • Steer teams to eliminate manual work through automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Risk, and Business Continuity
  • Drive innovation in recovery architecture including immutable storage, air-gapped solutions, and automated recovery orchestration
  • Monitor and report on recovery readiness to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and risk appetite
  • Champion awareness regarding the differences between Ransomware Backup & Recovery and conventional restore processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT resilience, disaster recovery, or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record as a Product Manager in a complex, international environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIS2
