About the Role
Join Air Canada's MarTech team as a Product Manager, focusing on customer data, identity, consent, and activation to power personalization across digital and in-flight experiences. You will shape dataflows within our marketing technology stack and contribute to platform initiatives.
Responsibilities

- Design and verify customer data movement across systems including Real-Time CDP, consent management, data warehouse, and activation channels.
- Translate ambiguous business requests into integration designs.
- Define data contracts, APIs, identifiers, and latency expectations.
- Document designs for engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Partner with internal MarTech, Data, and Engineering teams, as well as external vendors.
- Ensure data minimization, privacy, and the simplest viable contract.
Requirements
- Solutions architecture for data-rich, customer-facing systems, including data flow design and identifier stitching.
- Experience with profiles, audiences, segments, and different activation methods (batch, near-real-time, edge).
- Identity resolution experience with hashed identifiers, deterministic vs. probabilistic stitching, member-vs-guest profiles, and identity drift.
- Understanding of Customer Data Platform / RT-CDP architecture (schemas, identity namespaces, segmentation engines, destinations).
- Experience with audience modeling on a cloud data warehouse for marketing activation.
- Understanding of cross-channel marketing activation across web, mobile, email, and emerging surfaces.
- Tag management fundamentals, including client-side instrumentation, data layers, and event taxonomies.
- Pragmatism, favoring the simplest design that meets requirements and managing scope creep.
- Reliability and dependability in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or loyalty industries.
- Appreciation for how passenger data, flight context, and operational systems differ from typical e-commerce stacks.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest and responsible for obtaining necessary work authorizations.
