About the Role

As an Objektleitung (m/w/d), you will be operationally and personally responsible for the assigned security area, ensuring the implementation of all contractual and legally required security measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule subordinate security personnel, including duty rosters, vacation planning, and shift coordination.
• Ensure quality and control of security services according to customer requirements, security concepts, and VdS/DIN specifications.
• Perform gate and reception duties, serving as the point of contact for visitors, employees, and external service providers.
• Conduct and monitor control rounds, patrols, and access controls on the company premises.
• Guard sensitive areas and initiate initial measures in case of security-relevant incidents (e.g., fire, medical emergency, suspected sabotage).
• Communicate and report by creating shift reports, notifications, and documenting security events.
• Collaborate closely with the client, authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Completed training as a specialist for security and safety, certified security and safety officer (m/f/d), or equivalent.
• Driver's license class B (not mandatory – support possible).
• Professional experience in security services or in a leadership position in property or plant security is advantageous.
• Sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Friendly demeanor and service-oriented work approach.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
