About the Role

The Commercial Team Coordinator will serve as the operational backbone for a large and fast-moving commercial organization, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to ensure smooth operations, clarity, and discipline. This hands-on role offers an opportunity to learn about modern commercial operations and provides a launchpad for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Run the commercial team's operating rhythm, including scheduling and logistics for recurring meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, take notes, and follow up on actions for meetings.
  • Maintain a shared view of commercial team milestones, events, and key dates.
  • Manage the CCO's commercial-related diary and prepare meeting packs and briefings.
  • Coordinate CCO's input into executive meetings and board reviews, and arrange travel and expenses for Commercial SLT.
  • Run the internal communications cadence, including weekly updates, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Ensure colleagues across geographically dispersed sites are informed, included, and engaged.
  • Pull together regular commercial reporting packs by collaborating with Revenue Operations, Finance, and team leads.
  • Maintain trackers for OKRs, key projects, and team priorities.
  • Format and proofread documents, decks, and reports to a high standard.
  • Plan and run logistics for commercial team events, including off-sites, sales kick-offs, and customer-facing events.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, venues, travel, and on-the-day delivery for events.
  • Keep shared drives, document libraries, Asana boards, Slack channels, and team AI libraries organized.
  • Maintain distribution lists, org charts, onboarding materials, and team directories.
  • Identify small process improvements within operations and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a coordination, operations, EA, team operations, project coordination, or business support role.
  • Highly organized with a knack for keeping lists, running tight processes, and bringing order to a busy environment.
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting team updates, meeting notes, and briefings.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams.
  • Quick to learn CRM/reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm demeanor under pressure when juggling competing priorities.
  • Discretion and good judgment when exposed to sensitive commercial, people, and customer information.
  • Curious about how commercial teams work and keen to build commercial awareness.
  • Low ego, high standards, and happy being the person who makes everyone else look good.
