About the Role
We are seeking a motivated lawyer (m/w/d) in the field of Employment/Labor to join our Berlin office. This practice group advises national and international clients on all labor law matters and disputes, including works council negotiations, termination litigation, executive employment, and the impact of corporate restructurings or acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Advise national and international clients on all labor law matters and disputes
- Handle interest reconciliation and social plan negotiations with works councils
- Manage termination litigation
- Advise on the employment of board members, managing directors, and senior executives
- Address the impact of corporate restructurings
- Handle business acquisitions
Requirements
- Completed state examinations with above-average success
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Employment/Labor
- Excellent English language skills
- Ability for independent and entrepreneurial thinking
