About the Role
We advise clients and companies on all public procurement law issues and represent them in public procurement law disputes. In addition to advisory activities, we support the further development of public procurement law through specialist publications and lectures and seminars.
Responsibilities
- Research and preliminary examination of legal questions
- Participation in scientific publications as well as seminar and lecture events
- Preparation of expert opinions, statements, and memoranda
- Support in the ongoing advice of our clients
- Opportunity to participate in client appointments
Requirements
- Successfully completed law studies, above-average exams are desirable, at least satisfactory results
- Ideally, ongoing or planned doctoral project and knowledge of public economic law
- Strong interest in scientific work and complex legal issues
- Teamwork skills, commitment, and independent way of working
- Ideally, initial experience with specialist publications
- Availability at least three days a week
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C1 level)
