About the Role
Seeking a social work manager for a residential project for substituted individuals. This role offers opportunities for leadership development and qualification for further management positions within a large addiction support provider. The position is 80% of full-time and initially a parental leave replacement, with interest in long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership for the facility and responsible management of daily operations.
- Develop and maintain professional standards and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
- Advance assistance services for substituted individuals and those with substance control issues.
- Contribute to conceptual development.
- Manage and develop personnel.
- Actively participate in relevant committees and networks for professional networking and advocacy.
- Serve as a liaison for public relations and support the facility's external image.
- Actively participate in the management team of vista gGmbH.
- Provide psychosocial support to substituted individuals.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Social Work or comparable qualification.
- Professional expertise and willingness to manage the facility.
- Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Intercultural consulting competence and confident demeanor with external partners.
- Sound professional experience in the social sector.
- Motivation to take on leadership responsibility.
