About the Role
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the architecture and design community in Berlin. You will guide planners through topics such as sustainable materials, acoustics, EPDs, circular economy, and feasibility, with the goal of integrating Impact Acoustic into projects early and sustainably. This position is for a communicative personality who enjoys relationships, storytelling, and design dialogues more than detailed planning.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architectural firms and interior designers in Berlin.
- Regularly visit planning offices, conduct material presentations, and maintain material libraries.
- Advise planners as an expert in acoustics and materials, from the concept phase to tender.
- Strategically position Impact Acoustic in projects within the office, hospitality, culture, and education sectors.
- Represent the brand at events, trade fairs, and networking functions.
- Track project pipelines and manage the specification process in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Impact Lab to foster innovation and design processes.
Requirements
- Architect / Interior Designer / Designer.
- Loves interacting with people and gains energy from meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
- Understands design intentions, construction phases, and the logic of tenders.
- Possesses an existing A&D network in Stuttgart and knows how to activate and maintain it.
- Strong communicator with a pronounced talent for storytelling.
- Passionate about materials, acoustics, and sustainable innovations.
- Native-level German proficiency and comfortable in English.
