Responsibilities

• Creating fire plans, escape and rescue plans, and fire safety regulations.
• Developing system plans for safety signage and fire water extraction.
• Coordinating with clients, planners, and authorities.
• Conducting final reviews of completed buildings before commissioning.
• Advising clients on options for fire safety documentation.

Requirements

• Are a draftsperson/construction technician (m/f/d) seeking more from your job.
• Are an architect/technical draftsperson (m/f/d) tired of bureaucratic routine.
• Possess talent and enthusiasm for fire safety building documentation.
• Enjoy working on significant construction projects in Germany.
• Are comfortable on construction sites and familiar with construction and plant engineering processes.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Class 3/B).
• Desire to set new standards and work in a highly innovative environment offering significant professional and personal freedom.
• Share the same standards for work and life quality.
