About the Role
The Creative Designer is responsible for producing and overseeing high-quality and engaging creative for marketing campaigns, immersive experiences, and print/graphic design projects for DreamWorks & Networks channels across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with stakeholders EMEA, APAC, LATAM, as well as LA & London.
- Develop creative solutions for marketing, event, digital, social, and sales initiatives.
- Support the development of immersive and experiential design elements for the DreamWorks Channel and other brands.
- Act as a global brand guardian, ensuring brand compliance and consistency.
- Ensure all DreamWorks Marketing collateral adheres to channel brand guidelines.
- Maintain and develop DreamWorks Channel brand guidelines and best practices.
- Present DreamWorks creative campaigns to stakeholders and affiliates.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and design expertise.
- Develop merchandise designs.
- Understand digital and print/fabrication methods for various deliverables.
- Oversee creative for multiple DreamWorks affiliates deliverables across territories.
- Use creative to drive performance and meet local business objectives.
- Stay updated on design and technology trends for innovation.
- Inform the team on best practices and latest design ideas.
- Achieve all requested outcomes on time and on budget.
- Work collaboratively or independently on projects.
- Develop Key Art for On Air stunts, ensuring artwork adaptability.
Requirements
- Solid graphic design foundation with confident use of color, balanced composition, typography, and aesthetics.
- Strong conceptual thinking.
- Previous experience and proven track record in a fast-paced design environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of branding and guideline adherence/evolution.
- High-quality presentation skills to communicate creative decisions.
- Excellent Apple Mac skills and understanding of troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a busy and stressful environment while remaining composed.
- Ability to organize workload and manage multiple projects with different stakeholders and timezones.
- Strong ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a design team within a collaborative, dynamic, and positive environment.
- Strong working relationships with people in various functional areas (programming, marketing, creative).
