About the Role

As a Transport Data Analyst, you will extract and analyze data from various transport systems to formulate reports and support operational decision-making. You will create presentations and transform data into required formats, ensuring alignment with flight targets and timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data from transport and airline systems, transforming operational data into clear, accurate, and presentable reports.
  • Produce and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor, oversee, and coordinate safety incident reporting processes, analyzing data to identify trends and support safety initiatives.
  • Create professional presentations and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
  • Work closely with transport, airside, dispatch, and airline account management teams to ensure operational plans align with flight schedules and customer requirements.
  • Analyze operational performance data to improve efficiency, resource utilization, compliance, and service standards.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail when managing large volumes of operational data.
  • Support the creation of driver and loader shifts based on flight schedules.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure operational planning aligns with flight targets and delivery timelines.
  • Liaise with Transport and airside teams to gather feedback on flight scheduling issues or improvements.
  • Ensure the area of operation is a safe place to work and adhere to all policies.
  • Provide high-class service to customers, delivering goods on time to specification.
  • Take responsibility for actions, support the team, and celebrate successes.
