About the Role
The Production Assistant will support the organization of daily shooting operations, the creation of schedules, and the maintenance of the production plan. This role involves location scouting, obtaining filming permits, consent forms, and legal contracts, as well as coordinating and booking team travel. The assistant will also issue contracts for freelancers and subcontractors, assist with research for production preparation and cost estimation, and gather various quotes. This position serves as a communication link between production offices and individual productions, handles business correspondence, manages insurance registration and claims, and organizes meetings. Additionally, the role provides support for organizational aspects of post-production.
Responsibilities
- Support the organization of daily shooting operations, schedule creation, and production plan maintenance.
- Undertake location scouting.
- Obtain filming permits, consent forms, and legal contracts.
- Handle travel coordination and booking for teams.

Requirements
- Team player with strong communication skills and professional experience in a similar role.

- Willingness to travel and film, coupled with strong teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in standard office software.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid Class B driver's license and practical driving experience.
