About the Role

Responsibilities

Create user centred designs across web and mobile, from early sketches and wireframes through to polished, high fidelity interfaces.
Translate requirements, user flows and design patterns into clear, consistent UI solutions that enhance customer journeys and overall experience.
Collaborate with designers, developers and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across components, visual styles and interaction patterns.
Support end to end journey design, helping improve key experiences such as onboarding, quote and buy, and account management.
Participate in testing and feedback loops, using insights to refine designs and continuously improve usability and interaction quality.

Requirements

Experience in UX or UI design, with exposure to designing for web or mobile products.
Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail across layout, typography, colour and interaction design.
Confidence using tools like Figma to create components, layouts and design systems.
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
A curious mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment and work through ambiguity.
Understanding of accessibility principles and a desire to create inclusive, user friendly experiences.
