About the Role

Responsibilities

Provide real estate-related solutions for occupiers (users).
Act as an agent in industrial real estate transactions, including new leases, renewals, and sales.
Gather and analyze real estate information, make proposals, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
Advise on business terms for existing and new lease agreements.

Requirements

Corporate sales experience.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
International experience or English communication skills.
Experience in brokerage for commercial real estate leases and sales is preferred.
Network within the logistics, manufacturing, finance, or construction industries is preferred.
Possession of a licensed real estate transaction agent qualification is preferred.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Skilled in teamwork.
Logical thinking ability.
