About the Role
New Balance is seeking a Retail Associate - Mini-Jobber (m/w/d) in part-time to join their team in Wustermark. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining product presentation, and supporting store operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal customer service
- Active customer support with individual, competent, and friendly advice
- Ensuring an appealing presentation of our product range
- Visual merchandising with sales-promoting product presentation
- Processing all checkout transactions
- Receiving and handling complaints
- Participating in in-store promotions and marketing activities
- Goods receipt, inspection, and processing
- Assisting with inventory preparation and execution
Requirements
- Team player
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- Initial professional experience, ideally in retail/customer service
