About the Role
Contribute to maintaining competitive advantage as a pharmaceutical company that delivers excellent products to as many patients as possible and continues to reinvest in science for patients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, structure, and analyze business challenges in collaboration with brand teams and relevant departments, and formulate product strategies and execution plans (National sales plan, short-term plan: 1 year) to solve these challenges.
- Conduct market research, analyze results, and identify issues for plan formulation.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate tactics (materials, events, digital initiatives) based on identified issues (including e-promotion).
- Develop and maintain systems such as system design for strategy execution and reporting systems, and consider and implement measures based on progress.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT) to build internal systems like reporting systems and sales tools, and consider and implement countermeasures based on progress.
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborate with other departments such as the Medical Affairs Department, Commercial Excellence Department (sales and marketing support departments), and Pharmacovigilance Department.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MR experience or 2 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (potential will be considered).
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry (nice to have).
- Experience in the hematology/oncology field (nice to have).
Skills
- Deep understanding of the market environment, customers, competitors, and own products and portfolio for the assigned product.
- Ability to objectively grasp factual phenomena and accurately understand the current situation.
- Ability to identify issues by forming hypotheses and take action to solve them.
- Willingness to challenge oneself without settling in one's area of expertise.
- Willingness to try new initiatives and approaches to achieve objectives.
- Willingness to collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve high results as a team.
- Ability to communicate objectives and content concisely according to the other party's situation.
- Proficiency in creating documents using Excel/PowerPoint and utilizing other IT technologies.
