About the Role
ISS is seeking experienced Chefs and Chef Leaders for Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) positions in South Australia. This role involves enhancing catering and workplace experience in remote villages, bringing fresh, on-trend meals to life for hundreds of residents.
Responsibilities
- Lead breakfast, takeaway lunches, and dinner service.
- Deliver safe, delicious, and innovative food that exceeds expectations.
- Adhere to all safety and contract standards.
- Maintain food safety and a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Australian Trade Certification or Cert III in Commercial Cookery or a comprehensive international portfolio of experience with international qualifications - Essential
- High volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience and/or a la carte experience in high volume venues/restaurants/hotels.
- Ability to exceed client expectations in food quality and food safety adherence.
- Able to work a flexible FIFO roster from Adelaide Airport.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Police Clearance.
- Medically fit to pass Pre-employment medical.
